• heat exchangers
• drying processes (corrugators, dryers, Flakt dryers)
• evaporators
• fresh air coils

We often ask our clients : ‘Where is the bottleneck in your steam system?’. It is one on the first questions we need to address in order to optimize a steam system. This bottleneck can be located anywhere in the steam condensate loop : at the boiler, at one of the processes and even, sometimes, at the human operator level. Optimization of a steam system requires identifying and fixing any obstacle in the steam loop, as well as optimizing every single process individually.
